The information we collect

For visitors who do not donate, we collect only the domain name, not the email address, and combined information on which pages are visited. We use it to improve the site. On pages where you can donate or register for an event, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number and card details.

How we use information

We use the information you give on a donation page to complete your donation. We add you to our mailing and email lists only if you choose to by checking the box on that page. We do not use personal or confidential information for any other purpose, and we take reasonable care to protect card information, as the card associations’ rules require. We keep this information for at least five years, in line with banking and accounting principles.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
